• Enter your email address and select “Send.” ANZ will send a link to the provided email address. You can use any email address, but it must be the email address that is associated with your ANZ banking account. Some of the popular email providers include Telstra, Telus, and  MIS or EQ.
• But, if you select “I Don’t”, you will see an [alternative]  instruction on how to reset your ANZ online login, but, you still need to select the “Next” button.
• Since you can’t or don’t know your customer’s registration number, ANZ will want to help you protect your account from scammers. Therefore, you would be asked to provide either your “ANZ card number or PIN” and your ANZ account registration phone number. Once you get the basic requirement ready select “Next.”
• Enter your ANZ card number and PIN and select “Next” to continue.
• Verify your phone number. ANZ may choose to send a verification code or put a call through to verify that you are the owner of the account and select “Next.”

Alternatively, you can use the official ANZ mobile app to reset your forgotten ANZ internet banking login password.

• Select “Profile” located at the navigation bar located at the bottom.
• Navigate to “Security” and select “Password.”
• To update your “ANZ Internet Banking Login” enter the new password and select “Save” to make changes.

Note: Once you updated your ANZ Online login with the new password the old password will be invalid.
