- Open the charging case.
- Check the direction of each earbud and insert them correctly into their corresponding slots inside the charging case.
- Close the charging case.
- Go to your smartphone and turn on Wireless PowerShare.
- Place the bottom of the case at the back of your Mobile Device, with your earbuds in the charging case and aligned to the centre. Make sure you adjust your phone and the charging case to make a strong connection as the location of the wireless charging coil can vary by device
- Disconnect the charging case from the device after it has fully charged.
How to Know if Earbuds Are Fully Charged
You can find out if your earbuds are fully charged through the battery indicator light. A green indicator light displaying on the earbuds indicates that your earbuds are fully charged.
You can also find out if your earbuds are fully charged by checking the indicator light displayed on the charging case. A green indicator light displaying on the charging case indicates that your earbuds are fully charged or above 60 per cent battery.

How Do I Know When My Earbuds Are Charged?
You can find out if your earbuds is charged by checking the battery indicator light on the earbuds and charging case. A red indicator light on the earbuds shows its charging, a red indicator green light on the earbuds shows it’s fully charged, and a flashing red indicates a charging issue.
Can I Charge My Earbuds Case Only?
You can charge your earbuds case only without the earbuds inserted into it. The following charging light can be displayed on the charging case of your earbuds:
A continuous red light shows that the charging case is charging, a continuous green light shows that the charging case is fully charged, and a flashing red light indicates that charging is blocked.
A flashing red after closing the charging case shows that battery power is lower than 10%, and a red light that stays on for 5s after closing the charging case indicates that battery power is lower than 30%.
A yellow that stays on for 5s after closing the charging case indicates that battery power is between 30% – 60%, a green light that stays on for 5s after closing the charging case indicates that battery power is more than 60%.
Should I keep My Earbuds Always in Case?
You should insert the earbuds into the charging case, to charge both the earbuds and the charging case. Also to avoid misplacing your earbuds you should always keep your earbuds in the charging case.
