By default, a typical iPhone would automatically turn off its display and lock itself after about 30 seconds of inactivity. But while this is fine by some people, many people hate this thing. How to Keep iPhone Screen On
Following the procedures below, you will be able to keep your iPhone screen lock on.
Step 1: Locate and Open your Setting apps
For anyone who’d like to keep the screen of their iPhone on, for a longer period, the first thing you’d have to do, is to locate the Settings app on your phone. It doesn’t matter what version of iPhone you’re using, you should find this app on your device. And once you’re able to locate the Settings app, the next thing you’d be expected to do is to open up the app. Opening up the app is as simple as tapping it.
Step 2: Disable Low Power Mode
To keep the display of your iPhone on, you must disable Low Power Mode. Without disabling Low Power Mode, you can’t keep your display on. And disabling it is what this step would explain.
To disable Low Power Mode on your iPhone, you need to locate the Battery option, in the home interface of your iPhone. And when you click on this option, a new interface should be loaded, where you can find the Low Power Mode option. Use this option to disable the Low Power Mode feature.
Step 3: Return to the Settings app Home Interface
As we have already stated, Low Power Mode has to be disabled on your phone, for us to achieve what we intend to do. In other words, the disabling of the Low Power Mode is only a diversion. So to accomplish what we intend doing in the first place, we have to return to the home interface of the Settings app. And by the home interface, we’re referring to the first interface that gets displayed, when you open up the Settings app. So to return this home interface, you only have to tap the back button an appropriate number of times. Or you can close the Settings app, and open it up again.
Step 4: Locate and open the Display & Brightness Option
By now, you must be in the home interface of the Settings app. And if this is true, you should locate the option called Display & Brightness. This option is where our main work would be done. So once you find it, you’re expected to select it. For people who are unable to find this option, scroll down, to find the option. It also doesn’t matter what version of iPhone you’re using, you should find this option under the home interface of the Settings app.
Step 5: Disable the Auto-Lock Feature
Once you tap the Display & Brightness option discussed in the previous step, you’d be presented a new interface filled with a bunch of options. And among options that would be displayed, is an option that makes it possible to disable the Auto-Lock feature. So once you locate the Auto-Lock enabling and disabling option, select it.
Selecting it would present a list of periods for which the screen should be kept on, before automatically turning off. And one of these options is “Never”. So if you choose “Never”, your iPhone’s display would always remain on, and it should stop locking itself automatically.

There is no doubt about the fact that the iPhone Auto-Lock feature can be annoying. And while trying to figure out a way around the headache it causes us, we shouldn’t forget the feature that has our best interest in mind.
