Tried to reset my Sampson smart TV using the black screen option provided but I’m afraid it didn’t work, held the exit button down whilst it blinked for over 12 seconds but nothing appeared on the screen regarding reset option, just to reiterate have got audio signal but unfortunately no picture’.

  2. Not one of the configurations above worked to factory rest my Samsung TV. I can’t reset my TV with the remote cause my green button don’t work. I have to press menu on the TV then goto reset and enter 4 digit code and press red green yellow blue In sequence to factory Reset it.
