All Windows users should take the following steps to learn how to change the language on the Google Chrome browser to English.

  • Launch the “Google Chrome” browser on your Windows PC.
  • Click on the “Menu” icon at the top right.
  • Select “Settings” from the drop menu.
  • Scroll down the left side and select “Language.’
  • Click on “Add Languages” under “Preferred Languages.”
  • Search for “English” and select your preferred “English Language.”
  • You can remove unwanted language from the list. To do this just click on the “3 dots” beside it and tap “Remove” to delete the language.

Android

To switch from Spanish to English language on your Chrome browser on Android you simply need to take the following steps.

  • Launch the “Google Chrome” app on your “Android” device.
  • Click on the “Menu” at the top right.
  • Click on “Settings” before “Help & Feedback.”
  • Scroll down and select “Languages.”
  • Click on “Current Device Language” under “Chrome’s Language.”
  • Select “English (United States).
  • You will see the “Selected Language” downloading and you will be prompted to set it as your default language.

iPhone or iPad

This is how I change language on Google Chrome on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

  • Open the “Google Chrome” app on your “iPhone” or “iPad.”
  • Click on the “Menu” at the bottom right.
  • Swipe the “Info” screen up to reveal all data.
  • Scroll the navigation to the left and choose “Settings.”
  • Scroll down and tap “Languages.”
  • Click on “Add Language.”
  • Search for “English” and select it to add it to your list of languages.
  • Select “English Language” and choose ‘Never Translate.”

To translate pages from English to other languages toggle on “translate pages” so that when you have pages in different languages the Chrome browser can automatically offer to translate it to your default language.

How to Change Turkish Language to English on Google Chrome

You need to use your discretion if your Chrome language is set to turkish by default especially if you are not using Google translator to translate your web pages.  To change turkish language to English on your Chrome browser on Android kindly take the following steps carefully.

  • Open the “Chrome” browser whose primary language is default to “Turkish Language.”

The easiest way to go about changing your language on Google Chrome from Spanish to English is using the Google translator. But without that, you can still follow this work around on your device.
