• Put your JBL in pairing mode as we have earlier discussed. 

1. Now, on your device, Go-to Settings>Bluetooth settings.

4. JBL will request a passcode, the default is usually 0000 (JBL is secured, unlike most other headphones,) check the user manual if your default does not work.

6. To play music on your headphones, you can then tap the Airplay icon on the screen and that will resume music, also you can make calls through the JBL.

JBL will disconnect from your phone if you turn it off, and will re-connect when you turn it off, you do not need to re-pair each time.

Connect JBL Headphones to An Android/Tablet

You can pair your JBL headphones wirelessly to your device.

1. As discussed earlier, put your headphones in pairing mode.
2. Swipe down the control center and press-hold the Bluetooth button to open Bluetooth settings.
3.  Turn the Bluetooth on.
4. Go-to pair new devices.
5. Your JBL headphones will appear on the list of devices. Tap it and after some time it will show the “Connected” message.
6. Now, you can play the audio files of your tablet on the headphones.

Connect JBL Headphones to A Laptop/PC

1. On your Windows laptop, Press Win + I at the same time to open settings or navigate to settings.
2. Scroll till you see ‘Devices’ settings.
3. Open Devices and choose the “Bluetooth & other devices” option.

5. Tap the ‘+’ symbol to “Add a Bluetooth or other device.”

10. After the pairing process, the Device will connect, with a “Done” option to complete the process.

You do not need to pair the JBL all the time, the headphones will disconnect from your phone if you turn it off, and will re-connect when you turn it off, you do not need to re-pair each time.

Connect JBL Headphones to an Apple Watch

You can connect your Apple Watch to JBL too.

1. Put JBL in Pairing mode.
2. Go to settings on your Apple Watch.

In this case, you can reset your JBL headphones. It will wipe all the saved connections and you can restart your pairing process.

To reset your JBL headphones follow the steps below:

2. Now, Long-press both the ‘Volume UP and Down’ buttons together for about 5 seconds.
3. Release the buttons after the device gives a sound indicating shut-down.
