• Unplug the mini
• Leave the mini for an hour.
• After an hour, plug it back in and while doing that, hold down the power button for a few seconds.
• Doing this will give your Altice One box a soft reset.

How to Perform Hard Reset on Altice One Box

• On the web interface, enter your credentials (your username and password).
