Be sure that, whatever you choose, your settings will return to default, and applications will be uninstalled. Keep My Files will keep your data files intact. Remove Everything will do as named; it will delete your files, photos, and programs.

Step 7: Here, click Just remove my files. And if you chose to Remove Everything, you can remove files and clean the drive.
