1. Go to www.showmax.com
2. Click on “Sign in” at the top right.
3. Enter your “Showmax login (username and password).
4. Click on the “Manage Subscription” tab”.
5. Click on “Cancel Subscription”.
6. Once you click on cancel subscription, your subscription package will be cancelled and Showmax will stop charging your account.

At this point, you haven’t deleted your Showmax account. Rather, the move deletes your Showmax credit card and you will not be charged at the end of the month.

Note: This is extremely important if you don’t want to fall victim to Showmax charging for the subscription you think you have cancelled.

How to Unsubscribe from Showmax
