Tap to go to your profile page. Next, tap the hamburger menu (three vertical bars) in the top right corner, a Settings icon appears on the page. Tap it.
Once in the Settings menu, tap Security.
Now tap on “Search history” on Android – “Clear search history” on iOS.

If you’re using a PC or mobile browser and want to remove your search history, you’ll need to do things a little differently. As always, the first step is to log into your Instagram account.
